I work with families throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the greater NYC area. If you’re just outside these neighborhoods, reach out anyway, I’m often able to make travel work depending on scheduling.
If you want steady, continuous support that goes beyond what your medical appointments allow, time, education, comfort, and someone experienced beside you, a doula is likely a good fit. Many families bring me in during pregnancy; others wait until after birth. Either point is a reasonable place to start.
Reach out as soon as you know you want support, especially for birth doula or overnight care, since calendars fill up around due dates. That said, I keep some flexibility for last-minute requests whenever possible.
Yes. I offer daytime postpartum and newborn care, overnight care for sleep-deprived nights, and everything from prenatal education through birth support. Most families combine a few services rather than booking just one.
